Travel Plans for 2020

Travel Plans for 2020 HollieAnnBowe
The past 12 months have been a busy for travel in our house. This time last year, I was half way though my trip to Charleston and since then we've also been fortunate to tick things off our bucket list in San Francisco, get married in Las Vegas, see the ancient sights of Rome, fall in love with Paris and finally, squeeze in some much needed relaxation in Kos. We already know that we're taking next year slow in every sense but it's time to start thinking about our travel plans and where we want to visit in 2020 - Here are the contenders.

Paris

Since the second we got back, we knew we wanted to get back to Paris as soon as possible so this is pretty much set in stone. We're going to make it a short trip in early March so I'm expecting to have to wrap up warm and sip coffee in cute side-street cafes - A stark difference to the hear we experienced there in August.

Jamaica

Jamaica isn't somewhere I've thought about visiting until recently but after scouting out luxurious resorts and seeing photos of white sandy beaches covered in gorgeous palm trees, I can't get it out of my mind.

Iceland

Reykjavik has been on my bucket list for longer than I can remember and I still don't know why we haven't made it there. I think it's partially because I don't know a lot about the city and also because I can't decide whether I want to visit when it's extremely cold or when it's a little warmer in their 'summer'.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas is a no brainer as to why we'd love to visit again. We know and love the city so much and we'd love nothing more to celebrate our anniversary where we got married. For us is, it's an easy choice to make instead of exploring somewhere new but an influx in price means we may skip this one out next year.

Greece

In a perfect world, we'd head back to Kos and spend two weeks eating delicious food, soaking up the sun and exploring more of the island. Currently, the hotel we'd love to go back to is sold out and I begrudge booking another just for the sake of it. We've had a think about some other Greek islands because they're all equally gorgeous, it's just choosing one - There's so much choice!

Truthfully, we have no idea where we're going to go as of yet but these are a few places on our list so hopefully we can tick one off, along with a short trip to Paris. Where are you heading next year? Have you been anywhere on my list? I'd love to know!
